Chichester Cathedral, West Sussex. It was a pleasure working with such an elegant bride. The three locations used from preparation through to reception were all full of warmth and charm showing Chichester at it's best. Had to run for cover at the end as the heavens opened but it was all part of the magical day. A fantastic venue and lovely people. Congratulations!Jane&Dave x

Helen & Douglas House - the World's first children's hospice providing hospice care for children and young adults

As a Newbury resident and Wedding photographer, I am delighted that Helen & Douglas House have opened in Newbury. No doubt that this new shop will help many Newbury Brides to enjoy their special day without having to spend a fortune on their dress.

The shop, above the original Helen & Douglas House shop in Newbury, is open 7 days a week, with evening appointments available by calling 01635 49695. Leading couture bridal designer, Phillipa Lepley, has donated one of her gowns for the launch.
Top selling bridal author and Helen & Douglas House Trustee, Sarah Haywood, said; 'Re-cycling and retro are popular both in fashion and show business, with many celebrities wanting to dress in vintage on the red carpet. A bride that chooses a modern or retro outfit from the bridal shop will not only be fashionable, but doing her bit for a fabulous charity.'

Brides, bridesmaids and mother-of-the-bride outfits are available.
